- 2 dessert apples, cored and diced
- 1 lemon juice
- large chunk of watermelon, seeded and cubed
- 1 head Belgian endive, sliced into rounds
- 4 sticks celery with leaves, coarsely chopped
- 1 tbsp walnut oil
How to Make It
- Core and dice the apples. Place in a bowl and pour over the lemon juice. Mix well to prevent discoloration.
- Add the rest of the fruit and vegetables to the bowl and mix gently. Pour in the walnut oil, mix again and serve.
