Spring clean salad recipe

  • Yield: 4 Servings


  • 2 dessert apples, cored and diced
  • 1 lemon juice
  • large chunk of watermelon, seeded and cubed
  • 1 head Belgian endive, sliced into rounds
  • 4 sticks celery with leaves, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
How to Make It
  1. Core and dice the apples. Place in a bowl and pour over the lemon juice. Mix well to prevent discoloration.
  2. Add the rest of the fruit and vegetables to the bowl and mix gently. Pour in the walnut oil, mix again and serve.
