This is another awesome trick to get the flavor and benefits of peppermint without adding any sugar.
- Yield: 1 Serving
- 1 cup almond milk or other lactose-free milk (or ½ cup coconut milk and ½ cup almond or other lactose-free milk)
- ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
- 2 heaping teaspoons unsweetened cacao powder
How to Make It
- Heat the milk in a small saucepan over low heat or in a milk-frothing machine.
- Add the cacao powder and peppermint extract and whisk to combine. Do not let boil.
