- 1½ cups almond milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon or 1 cinnamon stick
- One 1-inch piece peeled ginger
How to Make It
- Heat the almond milk to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat; do not let boil.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and cook, stirring, for about 2 minutes. Remove the ginger.
