Sweet peanut apple cake recipe

  • 2 cups sweet apple jam
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • half tsp salt
  • 4 oz unsalted butter, sliced
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • baking spray
How to Make It
  1. Preheat the oven to 150˚-180˚ Fahrenheit and then coat the pie pan with the baking spray.
  2. Combine all the dry ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, baking soda, butter, salt and cinnamon.
  3. Combine the peanut butter and butter and mix well. Then stir in the eggs and apple jam and mix well until the homogenous mass.
  4. Finally combine all the ingredients and pour into the pie pan and bake the cake for 55 min. to serve.
