Spinach puffs recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites, beaten
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
How to Make It
  1. Set your oven to preheat at 425° F.
  2. Use oil to brush individual soufflé dishes.
  3. Cook the chopped spinach.
  4. Combine spinach with nutmeg and cottage cheese.
  5. Fold in the stiff egg whites. Spoon the mixture into the soufflé dishes.
  6. Top with parmesan and allow to bake for 20 minutes.
