Peanut butter yogurt with chocolate topping recipe

Ingredients

For the Popsicles
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
For the Topping
  • 1 cup chocolate
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • Salted peanuts, crushed
How to Make It
    For the Popsicles
  1. Whisk together all ingredients.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for 2 hours.
  3. Add sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  4. For the Topping
  5. Melt chocolate in a microwave, add coconut oil and stir every 20 seconds.
  6. Stir in the peanut butter. Set aside to cool for 5-10 minutes.
  7. When popsicles are completely frozen, dunk each pop into chocolate. Sprinkle with sliced peanuts. Enjoy!
