    • Yield: 20 Servings, 1 cookie per serving

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
    • 4 tablespoons (¼ cup) light, trans-fat-free margarine
    • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
    • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
    • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
    • ¼ cup buttermilk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ½ cup white chocolate chips
    How to Make It
    1. In a small bowl, combine flour and baking soda; set aside.
    2. In a saucepan, melt margarine and remove from heat. Stir in granulated sugar, cocoa powder, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in buttermilk and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture just until combined. Stir in white chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
    3. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat 2 baking sheets with cooking spray.
    4. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheets. Flatten each ball gently.
    5. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until edges are set. Cool slightly before serving.
