    Mint chocolate chip yogurt recipe

    Ingredients

    For the Popsicles
    • 2 cups vanilla Greek-style yogurt
    • ½ cup milk
    • 1-2 tsp mint extract
    • 2 tbsp honey
    • ½ cup chocolate chips
    • Green food coloring
    For the Topping
    • 1 cup milk chocolate bar
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 2 tbsp coconut oil
    How to Make It
      For the Popsicles
    1. Whisk together all ingredients except the chocolate chips.
    2. Stir in chocolate chips.
    3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for 2 hours.
    4. Add sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
    5. For the Topping
    6. Melt milk chocolate in a microwave. add coconut oil and stir every 20 seconds.
    7. Add the vanilla extract, stirring. Set aside to cool for 5-10 minutes.
    8. When popsicles are completely frozen, dunk each pop into chocolate. Enjoy!
