Macaroni salad recipe

A generous mix of crisp chopped vegetables adds fresh flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp dried basil
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 3 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 1 cup chopped seeded cucumber
  • ½ cup chopped carrot
  • ½ cup sliced radishes
  • ½ cup finely chopped green onions
How to Make It
  1. Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Add hot macaroni and remaining ingredients, stirring to coat. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
