Ingredients

  • 2 cups (160 g) instant oats
  • 0.66 cup (164 g) smooth peanut butter
  • ½ cup (160 g) maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup (60 g) dried cranberries
  • ½ cup (60 g) chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup (87 g) chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon (about 5 g) sifted cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon (7 g) sifted confectioners’ sugar
  • ½ cup (42 g) shredded coconut
How to Make It
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Roll the mixture into 10 small balls. Store in the fridge for up to 3 to 4 days.
