Ingredients

  • ¾ cup fine shredded coconut
  • ¾ cup filtered water or coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 anchovy fillets
How to Make It
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix for a few seconds until well incorporated.
  2. If too thick, add water one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
