- 2 to 3 stems of broccoli
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon finely minced garlic
- 1 chilli, thinly sliced
- Pinch of ground coriander Pinch of salt
- Pinch of sugar
- Drizzle of sesame oil
How to Make It
- Use a vegetable peeler and peel the tough outer layer of the stem to expose the lighter colored, tender stem. Cut the stem into 2 to 3-inch (5 to 7.5-cm) sections and then thinly slice lengthwise.
- In a bowl, toss the stem sections with the remaining ingredients and serve as a condiment at the table.
