Apple & brie eggs recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ cup crumbled Brie cheese
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 peeled, cored and chopped small apple
  • 8 eggs
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Butter
  • ¼ cup light cream
How to Make It
  1. Melt butter in skillet and sauté apple in butter.
  2. Beat together eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in pan then pour in egg mixture and scramble.
  4. Add apples and brie. Warm and serve.
