Ingredients
- ½ cup crumbled Brie cheese
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 peeled, cored and chopped small apple
- 8 eggs
- ¼ tsp salt
- Butter
- ¼ cup light cream
How to Make It
- Melt butter in skillet and sauté apple in butter.
- Beat together eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in pan then pour in egg mixture and scramble.
- Add apples and brie. Warm and serve.
