Almond macaroons recipe

3 types of dehydrated raw almond macaroons with cocoa, coconut flakes and pistachio.


  • 1½ cups of almonds
  • 2 cup coconut flakes
  • 4-5 tbsp coconut syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup fresh coconut flesh
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • ¼ cup raw cocoa
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup soaked raisins
How to Make It
  1. Put the ingredients into a food processor except the coconut syrup.
  2. Process until they turn into small chunks. Add the syrup and pulse a few more times.
  3. With your palms make small ball shapes and roll them over coconut flakes, ground pistachio or carob powder and dehydrate for 6 to 8 hours.
