  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • ½ packet of dry macaroni pasta or any pasta you have in the cupboard
  • 500 g lean beef mince
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 x cans baked beans
  • ¾ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon chilli powder optional
  • 1 heaped tablespoon tomato paste or tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon beef stock powder
  • ¼ cup grated cheese
  • 1 large onion, chopped
How to Make It
  1. Boil macaroni in a large saucepan until soft. Drain in a colander.
  2. Heat oil in a large fry pan on a medium heat and add mince.Stir till brown. Add onions and keep stirring until soft.
  3. Mix in baked beans, sauce, spices and tomato paste then sprinkle in stock powder.
  4. Mix well then add cooked macaroni. Pour mixture into an ovenproof baking dish and cover with grated cheese.
  5. Bake at 180C for half an hour or until cheese is melted. Serve with any green vegetables
