Roasted mushrooms recipe

  • 2 pounds whole mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
How to Make It
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Clean the mushrooms using a damp paper towel and place on a rimmed baking sheet. Toss with the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast until the mushrooms are tender and juices just begin to pool, about 25 minutes. Sprinkle with the fresh parsley and serve.
