Pork ribs in honey glaze recipe

  • 1 kg of pork ribs with fat
  • 50 g of honey
  • 100 ml soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • Tabasco, optional
  • freshly ground black pepper
How to Make It
  1. Combine the soy sauce, mustard and honey. Add Tabasco and black pepper. Cut the ribs one by one, put in ziploc-bags with zippers or plastic container, pour in marinade.
  2. Close, as it should shake and marinate at room temperature for 2 hours or in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
  3. Shake the ribs from the marinade and cook on the coals, turning regularly, until almost cooked. Gagarinite, lubricating the marinade with a brush to get the brown shiny glaze.
