- Yield: 1 cups
- 2 cups frozen peaches
- ¾ cup coconut water or coconut milk

How to Make It
- Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and purée using a tamper for about 30 seconds, until everything is blended. Don’t overmix or it will melt.
- Serve immediately garnished with fresh blueberries and basil.
