- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp dried basil
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 3 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1 cup chopped seeded cucumber
- ½ cup chopped carrot
- ½ cup sliced radishes
- ½ cup finely chopped green onions
How to Make It
- Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Add hot macaroni and remaining ingredients, stirring to coat. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
