Honeydew melon mint recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ honeydew melon, cubed
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 5-10 leaves mint
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
How to Make It
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until the sugar is completely dissolved and mint is well minced.
  2. Pour the melon mixture into the molds, add sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
