Honey-mustard vinaigrette recipe

  • Yield: 3 cup


  • ¼ cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
How to Make It
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard, and honey until smooth.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the grapeseed and olive oils, whisking to form a smooth emulsion
  3. Stir in the poppy seeds. Season liberally with salt and pepper.
