Creamy tomato soup recipe

This is like cream of tomato soup, but without any cream. The recipe is an easy one just blend it and go– it offers flavor, nutrient-richness and whole food goodness.

  • 4 tomatoes, Roma
  • ½ cup of tomatoes, sun-dried
  • ½ cup of macadamia nuts, raw
  • 1 tsp of sea salt
  • ½ cup fresh basil
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4 cups hot water
How to Make It
  1. Add all the ingredients to high-powered blender.
  2. Blend on the high setting for five minutes, till the mixture is heated completely through. Serve.
