Cowboy Cornbread Recipe

  • 2 cup biscuit baking mix
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 1 cup butter, melted and slightly cooled
How to Make It
  1. In a bowl, mix together biscuit mix, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add remaining ingredients; stir until well blended.
  2. Pour batter into a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into squares; serve warm.
