Chia berry yoghurt & muesli recipe

Ingredients

  • 150 g low-fat plain yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 85 g frozen mixed berries, thawed
  • 60 g natural muesli
  • 10 g almonds, chopped
How to Make It
  1. Place the yoghurt, chia seeds and three-quarters of the berries in a small bowl and mix until well combined.
  2. To serve, top with the muesli, almonds and remaining berries.
