- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 4 egg whites
- ¾ cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup strawberries
How to Make It
- Combine egg whites and cottage cheese.
- Lightly spray nonstick skillet and heat over medium heat.
- Using half of the batter, cook for a few minutes on each side.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve with fruit & sour cream.
