Blackberry chia seed pudding recipe

  • 4 ounces Blackberries
  • 8 ounces Canned Coconut Milk, unsweetened
  • ¼ Tsp Stevia
  • ¼ Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 ounces Chia Seeds
How to Make It
  1. Combine blackberries, coconut milk, Stevia and vanilla extract in a Nutribullet and blend until smooth.
  2. Remove the blade from the Nutribullet and stir in chia seeds.
  3. Transfer mixture to a sealable container and chill overnight.
