The Snezhanka is a dish of many uses; sometimes used as a starter; sometimes as a side dish; and sometimes a salad. However, you want it, its versatility will give you the optimum experience you can think of. Cucumber and yogurt never combined this nice!

  • Yield: 3 cups
  • Total Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 16 oz thick plain yogurt
  • 1 small cucumber (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 garlic clove (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • Pepper
  • Salt
How to Make It
  1. Extract most of the water content in the chopped cucumber by hand. Put in a bowl and add pepper, salt, garlic, olive oil, and dill.
  2. Leave for 10 minutes. Then add the yogurt to the cucumber combination.
  3. Stir and mix well. Refrigerate for a while. Serve and enjoy.
