Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked short-grain brown rice
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ tsp ground thyme
  • 2 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp salt
How to Make It
  1. Mix rice, water, coconut oil, thyme, parsley, garlic powder, basil, and salt.
  2. Pour into the slow cooker. Cover. Cook on High for 3–4 hours or until water is absorbed.
