  • 4 button mushrooms
  • 1 spring onion
  • ¼ bunch parsley
  • 1 loaf bread
  • 50 g herb and garlic butter
How to Make It
  1. Finely chop the mushrooms, spring onion and parsley.
  2. Make criss-cross cuts across the loaf without slicing all the way through. Fill the loaf with the mushrooms, spring onion, parsley and herb butter.
  3. Place the loaf over indirect heat with the lid closed for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
