    Pork ribs on the grill in mint marinade recipe

    Ingredients

    • 1.5 kg pork ribs on the bone
    • 50 g fresh mint
    • 2 cm fresh ginger root
    • 3 cloves of garlic

    • 2 limes juice
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp black pepper
    How to Make It
    1. Cut the ribs into pieces with 2 ribs. For the marinade finely chop mint, ginger, garlic and whisk blender. Add vegetable oil, lime juice, salt and black pepper.
    2. Put the ribs in the marinade, stir, close and refrigerate for 2-12 hours and Then shake off the marinade and cook on the grill or in the oven until Golden brown. The marinade can be boiled and serve as a sauce.
