Pizza with ham and mushrooms recipe

Ingredients

  • 300-400 g fresh mushrooms
  • 150-200 g ham or sausage
  • 150 - 200 g cheese
  • 2 PCs fresh tomatoes
  • 1 PC onions
  • 2-3 tbsp ketchup
  • cups flour 3
  • 200 ml boiled water
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 sachet (11 g) yeast dry
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
How to Make It
  1. Dissolve salt and sugar in warm water, add flour, yeast and vegetable oil. Zamesit dough. Wait until the dough has doubled.
  2. Cut Mushrooms and onions and fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil, then cool.
  3. Grease a large wide baking sheet with vegetable oil. Roll the dough into a large circle directly on the baking sheet. Coat the dough with the ketchup and put on it the mushrooms with onions. Ham and tomatoes cut into small pieces and put on mushrooms.  RUB the Cheese on a large grater and spread evenly on the pizza.
  4. Bake the pizza in the oven at 200 degrees until the cheese is melted and a Golden crust is formed.
