This herbal tea can help in your detox to help with abdominal gas and bloat.

  • Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Peppermint Leaf, dried
  • 4 cup Water, hot
How to Make It
  1. Set your water on to boil. Once boiling, add in your peppermint leaves and remove from heat.
  2. Allow to sit for 5 minutes while covered.
  3. Strain, serve and enjoy.
