Nectarine, rocket and prosciutto wraps recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 nectarines, pitted and cut into eighths
  • 35 g rocket leaves
  • 115 g thinly-sliced prosciutto
How to Make It
  1. Hold a slice of nectarine in your hand and place a few sprigs of rocket alongside it. Use a partial slice of prosciutto to hold them together by wrapping it around the nectarine, about halfway up. The little tufts of rocket will stick out of the top.
  2. Arrange on a serving platter.
