    Mango-pear green smoothie recipe

    Sweet and tasty, this one is perfect for lunch or snacks.

    • Yield: 50 oz

    Ingredients

    • 1 large Mango, peeled and pitted
    • 2 Pears, peeled and cored
    • 3 cup Water
    • 1 handful Purple Kale
    • 2-3 handfuls Chard
    How to Make It
    1. In a blender, add all Ingredients except for the greens and pulse a few times.
    2. Then add in the Greens and process on high until you have a smooth and creamy texture. Serve.
