Absolutely delicious and great for breakfast, gives you lots of energy.

Ingredients

  • 1 peeled Apple, cored
  • 4 cup fresh Pineapple, peeled and cored
  • 1 cup frozen Blueberries
  • 3 cup Water
  • 1 lb Baby Spinach or any Green
  • 3 tbsp Flax Seeds
How to Make It
  1. In a blender, add all Ingredients except for the greens and pulse a few times.
  2. Then add in the Greens and process on high until you have a smooth and creamy texture. Serve.
