Jicama bread recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1½ cup jicama
  • ½ cup soaked cashews
  • 1 cup coconut flesh
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp green onion chopped
  • ½ tsp fresh oregano
  • Pinch of brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp chopped celery
  • 1 tbsp tamari
  • Pinch of black ground pepper
  • Pinch of cumin powder
  • Pinch of paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
How to Make It
  1. Put all the ingredients into a food processor and process.
  2. Move the dough to dehydrator trays. Sprinkle with black sesame on top.
  3. Dehydrate afterwards for 12-14 hours; flip sides in between.
