- 1½ medium bananas, peeled and chopped
- ¾ cup (190 ml) semi-skimmed milk
- 50 g low-fat plain yoghurt
- 2 teaspoons honey

How to Make It
- Place the oats, banana, milk, yoghurt, honey, cinnamon and ice cubes in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- To serve, pour into a glass or shaker.
