    Honey bear smoothie recipe

    Ingredients

    • 30 g rolled oats
    • 1½ medium bananas, peeled and chopped
    • ¾ cup (190 ml) semi-skimmed milk
    • 50 g low-fat plain yoghurt
    • 2 teaspoons honey
    • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • Ice cubes
    How to Make It
    1. Place the oats, banana, milk, yoghurt, honey, cinnamon and ice cubes in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
    2. To serve, pour into a glass or shaker.
