    Ingredients

    • 1/3 cup olive oil
    • 2 cups cashews flour
    • ½ cup sun flower seeds
    • 1 tbsp psyllium husks
    • 1 tbsp dry sage
    • 1 tsp dry thyme
    • Pinch of dry oregano
    • Pinch of black ground pepper
    • Pinch of salt
    • Pinch of dry garlic
    • Water as needed
    • 1 tsp black sesame for garniture
    How to Make It
    1. Keep aside the sunflower seeds. Ground the cashews into flour.
    2. Add the rest of the ingredients into a food processor.
    3. Process while you add water when needed. At the end, add the sunflower seeds and pulse twice.
    4. Apply on a dehydrator sheet in a layer 1 Inc  thick. Spread sesame on top. Dehydrate for 12 hours or more.
