How to Make It
    Prepare Caramelized Onion
  1. Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook 13 minutes or until tender and beginning to brown, stirring occasionally. Stir in balsamic vinegar; reduce heat to low, and cook, uncovered, 26 minutes or until onion is golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare White Sauce
  3. Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl until smooth.
  4. Prepare Paninis
  5. Brush cut sides of buns with 2 Tbsp. melted butter. Cook ciabatta bun halves in batches in a preheated panini press 2 minutes or until toasted.
  6. Sprinkle cutlets with taco seasoning. Cook cutlets, in batches, in panini press 5 minutes or until done. Cut cutlets in half.
  7. Spread 1 Tbsp White Sauce on cut side of each bun half. Layer each bun bottom with a cutlet half, 2 Tbsp Caramelized Onion, 3 Tbsp. cheese, ¼ cup greens, and a bun top.
