    They love a bit of heat in Louisiana. Serve this beautiful spicy dish over rice. And remember, you can always control the heat.

    Ingredients

    • 6 chicken breasts
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 teaspoon creole seasoning
    • 14 oz canned stewed tomatoes
    • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
    • 1 cup chicken broth
    • 4 tablespoons tomato paste
    • 1 chopped bell pepper
    • 4 minced garlic cloves
    • 1 diced onion
    • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
    • ½ teaspoons cayenne pepper
    • Dash of Tabasco sauce
    How to Make It
    1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper and creole seasoning.
    2. Place chicken in the slow cooker.
    3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Cook on low for 10 hours.
