“Baked” type dehydrated coconut cookies with coconut syrup.
- 1 cup cookie dough
- 1 cup ground cashew flour
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup fresh coconut cream (blend with water)
- ½ tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp agave
- 3 cups old coconuts shredded
How to Make It
- In a blender, blend the coconut with a little water until it gets creamy.
- Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix.
- Add more shredded coconut if needed and make flat cookies. Dehydrate for 16 hours.
