Apricot & plum parfait recipe

Ingredients

  • 100 g low-fat plain yoghurt
  • 2½ small apricots, stones removed and chopped
  • 1½ plums, stones removed and chopped
  • 30 g natural muesli
  • Honey, to drizzle
How to Make It
  1. Layer the yoghurt, apricot and plum in a glass.
  2. Place in the refrigerator to chill for 10 minutes.
  3. To serve, top with the muesli and drizzle with honey.
