    Nutty and fruity, this is a delicious and healthy start to the day. Serve it with milk or yogurt.

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup sunflower seeds
    • ⅓ cup pumpkin seeds
    • ¾ cup coarsely chopped hazelnuts
    • 2¾ cups buckwheat flakes
    • 2½ cups rice flakes
    • 1¼ cups millet flakes
    • 1⅓ cups coarsely chopped dried apple
    • ¾ cup coarsely chopped dried dates
    How to Make It
    1. Put a skillet over medium heat. Add the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and hazelnuts and toast, shaking the pan frequently, for 4 minutes, or until golden brown. Transfer to a large bowl and let cool.
    2. Add the buckwheat flakes, rice flakes, millet flakes, dried apple, and dates to the bowl and mix well. Store in an airtight container for up to five days.
