The Snezhanka is a dish of many uses; sometimes used as a starter; sometimes as a side dish; and sometimes a salad. However, you want it, its versatility will give you the optimum experience you can think of. Cucumber and yogurt never combined this nice!
- Yield: 3 cups
- Total Time: 10 Minutes
- 16 oz thick plain yogurt
- 1 small cucumber (peeled and chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- Extract most of the water content in the chopped cucumber by hand. Put in a bowl and add pepper, salt, garlic, olive oil, and dill.
- Leave for 10 minutes. Then add the yogurt to the cucumber combination.
- Stir and mix well. Refrigerate for a while. Serve and enjoy.
