  • 5 eggs
  • 1.5 lbs baby golden potatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • ½ onion
  • ¾ cup of milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • Bacon bits (optional)
  • Chopped sausage (optional)
How to Make It
  1. Take the diced vegetables and minced garlic in a pan with oil and sauté until soft, then add the potatoes in. This is all in grease, as there’s no water needed! Sauté until potatoes get soft.
  2. Crack 5 eggs and season with salt, pepper and milk, and whip until fluffy. Once your potatoes are cooked and soft, then add the eggs and scramble until they’re fluffy and yellow. Add bacon bits and chopped sausage if you want to get crazy.
