Pork liver & spinach stir fry recipe

  • ½ pound cubed pork liver
  • 1 cup Spinach Celery
  • ½ cup sliced Onions
  • 1 Tsp oil
How to Make It
  1. Marinade pork liver in a Superfoods marinade. Stir fry drained liver in coconut oil for few minutes, add all vegetables and stir fry for 2 more minutes.
  2. Add the rest of the marinade and stir fry for a minute. Serve with brown rice or quinoa.
