Pork, black beans and cauliflower recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 2 cups chopped onions & 3 carrots chopped
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Salt, ground black pepper to taste
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 4 pounds pork meat
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic & 1 tsp. ground cumin
How to Make It
  1. Put ingredients in the slow cooker.
  2. Cover, and cook on low for 8 hours.
