Pizza with sausage and pickles recipe

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Wheat flour
  • ½ Cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons Margarine
  • 15 g Fresh yeast
  • 250 g Cheese
  • 150 g Salami smoked
  • 375 g Tomatoes
  • Pickled cucumbers 1 PC.
  • Anchovies 4 PCs.
  • Ground red pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
How to Make It
  1. Knead the dough with yeast, add flour, salt, stir in warm milk and let it rise in the warmth. Knead the dough and put in a greased high form.
  2. Mix cheese and sausage, diced, spread on the dough; top spread tomato slices and season with spices. Sprinkle the surface with vegetable oil, let the dough come a little more.
  3. Bake for about 25 minutes at medium temperature.
  4. Put on the finished pizza slices of cucumber and anchovy fillet.
