Mediterranean baked savory rings recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 cup cashew butter
  • 1/3 cup ground cashews
  • 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 4 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp white ground pepper
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp dry oregano
  • ½ tbsp dry basil
  • 3-4 sun soaked sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tsp black sesame
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • ½ garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh onion
  • Salt
How to Make It
  1. Shred the carrot and keep it aside along with sunflower and black sesame seeds.
  2. Put the rest of the ingredients into the food processor.
  3. Add water if needed and process. Add the shredded carrot and pulse 3-4 times; avoid to melt the carrot.
  4. Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Shape rings with your fingers and sprinkle them with black sesame and sunflower seeds.
  5. Place the rings on a dehydrator sheet and dehydrate for 20 hours, flipping sides in between.
